2020 VSJ Petit Verdot Reserve

The 2020 vintage of Petit Verdot is our most elegant to date. Intriguing aromas of raspberry cola, sarsaparilla, espresso, plum, and freshly rolled cigar develop into dark cherry. The mouthfeel is supple and luscious with rose petal, forest floor and mincemeat flavors that segue into notes of earthy dates. A cool-style fermentation followed by barrel aging for 16 months yielded a wine with delicate tannins and a beautiful acidity that keeps the wine vibrant and delicious.
